Derek has been an absolute dream to work with! We had some major issues with our sewer pipes. He sorted us out... temporarily within 24 hours to make sure we had flushing toilets. Given it was a plumbing emergency, Derek cleared his schedule the next Monday to continuously work for the entire week. We had 36m of sewer and stormwater pipes replaced by the end of the next week, no easy feat given access was difficult, the ground was uneven, there were electrical and gas lines running through the area, and there were many fresh large tree roots to bypass. Suffice it to say, there was a lot of careful hand digging involved. Despite that, everything was sorted within less than a fortnight. Our property was left clean and tidy after he was done. There were no surprises with the invoice. His quote was very reasonable given the amount of work involved. We were always kept on the loop with whatever is happening. All our phone calls and messages were responded to promptly. He listened to and took into consideration everything we were after. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough.read more
