The home owners had major blockages and breaks in both their storm water and sewer pipes. The pipes were old earthenware terracotta pipes which over time had shifted and cracked allowing tree roots to penetrate and completely blocking their system. We excavated removed and re installed a total of 66 metres of 100mm PVC sewer and storm water piping as well as adding inspection shafts to the surface for easier access in the future and a storm water pit at the front. We also replaced the shaft and boundary trap for the sewer and levelled out the yard again.
